A small-scale photographer and travel writer
The goal
To design and build a responsive website that showcased the client’s personality and talent as a photographer and travel writer.
What I did
The client wanted to add an identity to her photography work, besides just her name and often went by the nickname of Dishpics, so we decided to build her a logo under this name.
She also had a travel writing blog on WordPress for some time, and has been a photographer both casually and professionally for an equal amount of it time. But together we decided it would make sense to bring both these talents together in a central place.
So I designed and built a WordPress site, using Elementor, a renown WordPress page builder and content management system, so the client could maintain and manage her website without my support. I also brought over her free WordPress blog over to the website whilst maintaining all the comments and followers she had accumulated over the years.
